Comedy of mishaps with an American theme. When the clumsy Jafar is nearly run over by the cowboy hat-wearing Joe, a friendship develops that puts ideas into Jafar's head. Jafar loves America just as much as Joe does, and Joe soon starts encouraging him to move there.
