I recall I was impressed with it at the time of showing (1988). Two guys buy a Vauxhall Cavalier (one of the top cars used by the british police at the time) and fit it with a police siren. They acquire police uniforms and other official police issue in order to patrol the streets, despensing driving offence tickets and generally taking the mickey.
