Hamdan is a former Palestinian leader who was detained in the Israeli prisons for 15 years. In 1973, whilst living in Syria, he received the mission of transporting explosives over the border and train someone he could trust. The man he chose was Omar, a neighbor from his village. After two months, Omar detonated a bomb on a bus. Via his memories, the film reconstructs the preparations for the mission and his years in jail.
