Trey Riley gets word from his older brother Kenneth who's apparently living in Manila but hasn't spoken with Trey in five years. Trey hops the next plane to go find his brother and when he arrives in the Philippines he discovers not only has his brother been murdered, but that he was involved in the sex trade of Manila.
