In 1986 in Santiago, Chile, Alvaro and Roli meet on the street and in no time form the most important Chilean punk rock band ever: Fiskales Ad Hoc. Malditos ("The Damned") shows the crazy and difficult days of the band members fighting against the system, taking the viewer on a trip through the last 18 years in Chile. This documentary covers the career of Ad-Hok Fiskales the Chilean punk band that emerged during the dictatorship, and through which one can discern echoes evolution of larger processes, which were forever changing the local landscape. Aside from the savory testimony by the musicians themselves, there are statements from people like Jorge González, Carlos Cabezas and Francisco Casas.
