Wayang legend, Oon Ah Chiam suddenly finds herself on the down and out when her marriage gets unexpectedly cancelled, and she is left without a Wayang family after being banished by her previous troupe. She struggles with her lifelong “curse“, and begins a new journey into the unknown world of movies and the realm of Bangsawan, all while in search of a place to belong.
