My Lithuanian Dream tells a story about an American family going on a NATO mission to Lithuania where their teenaged son Michael forms an indie rock band with a local Lithuanian kid, Andrius. It’s a coming-of-age drama about teenage angst and how teenagers overcome it by experiencing the first ”real” things in life: first love, first kiss, first song and first real friendship.
