A Writer attempts the NaNoWriMo challenge of writing 50,000 words in 30 days. However, she almost immediately runs into problems as her story alternately writes itself into places she didn't expect, or refuses to be written.With prompting from her older sister Bree, the Writer uses a series of word-count tricks to improve her daily total. But as the month goes on, the tricks get more and more crazy.
