Carlos Luis Rodriguez，Carlos L. Rodriguez was born in Venezuela in 1979. As a student of the Andres Bello University he was an active video maker and one the producers of the Latin Video Festival (VIART). In 2001 he earned his degree in Mass Communications and simultaneously developed TV projects for one of the premier production company in the country.
