Julie Cohen，Julie was born in 1972 and raised in Merion Station, Philadelphia. Mother, Jackie and father Stuart Cohen are both psychotherapists as is her sister, Laura. Julie received a bachelor's degree in Journalism and French from George Washington University in 1994 and moved immediately to Paris, France.
