Stephen Borkowski has had a long history in administration of for and non-profit institutions. A graduate of the Paier School of Art, Hamden, CT. He is active in many civic functions. He has served as Chair of the Provincetown Historical Commission, which oversees the artifact collection of the Town of Provincetown.
