Nicholas Friesen (writer/editor/director/actor) is a graduate of the Theatre & Film program at the University of Winnipeg. During his time there, he was elected President of the Theatre Students Association and successfully lobbied to have the name of the program changed from the Department of Theatre & Drama to Theatre & Film.
