Kitty Bluett was the daughter of English comedian Fred George Bluett and Catherine McKechnie. She had one sister Belle who was married to comedian Jimmy Jewel. She had one brother Gus who became part of his father's act. Kitty was born in Brixton, London at the height of a Zeppelin raid.
