Rowdy Stovall，Born in Houston, raised southern Baptist in Tomball, Texas. Father is Rick, a sporting goods salesman, and mother is Sherry, a housewife. He has a bother, Chet, and a sister, Angela. Received a football scholarship to Stephen F. Austin in 1991. In 1993, transferred to Texas Tech University to play for Coach Spike Dykes.
